These Terms govern your use of the Jamo iOS app and related website. For apps downloaded through the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies unless Jamo provides a separate custom EULA. If these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer protection laws or Apple's applicable App Store terms, those mandatory rules will control to the extent required.
본 이용약관은 Jamo iOS 앱 및 관련 웹사이트의 이용에 적용됩니다. Apple App Store를 통해 다운로드한 앱에는 Jamo가 별도의 맞춤형 EULA를 제공하지 않는 한 Apple 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(EULA)이 함께 적용됩니다. 본 약관이 강행 소비자보호 법령 또는 Apple의 적용 약관과 충돌하는 경우, 해당 강행 규정이 필요한 범위에서 우선합니다.

1. 서비스
Jamo는 사주 정보, 오늘의 운세, 궁합 분석, AI 채팅, 위젯, 알림, NFC/QR 기반 공유 기능을 제공하는 iOS 앱입니다. 일부 기능은 계정 로그인, 네트워크 연결, 푸시 알림 권한, 구독 상태, 외부 서비스의 정상 작동이 필요할 수 있습니다.
2. 오락 및 참고 목적
Jamo의 사주 해석, 운세, 궁합, AI 응답은 오락, 자기 이해, 참고 목적의 콘텐츠입니다. Jamo는 특정 사건, 인간관계, 건강, 재산, 투자, 채용, 신용, 법적 분쟁, 심리 치료 결과를 보장하지 않습니다.
이용자는 Jamo의 콘텐츠를 의학, 법률, 세무, 재무, 투자, 심리 치료, 채용, 신용 평가 또는 기타 중대한 의사결정을 위한 전문 조언으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다. 중요한 결정은 자격 있는 전문가와 상담한 뒤 내려야 합니다.
3. 계정과 보안
일부 기능은 Apple 또는 Google 로그인을 통한 계정이 필요합니다. 이용자는 본인의 계정 접근 권한을 안전하게 관리해야 하며, 본인 계정에서 발생하는 활동에 대해 책임을 집니다.
다른 사람의 생년월일, 출생 시간, 출생지, 성별, 사진, 사주 기록 등을 입력하거나 공유하는 경우, 이용자는 해당 정보를 사용할 권리 또는 동의를 확보해야 합니다.
4. 구독, 결제, 환불
Jamo Premium은 앱 내 구독 또는 구매 상품으로 제공될 수 있습니다. 결제는 Apple App Store를 통해 처리되며, Jamo는 카드번호 또는 결제수단 원문을 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
구독은 현재 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전에 취소하지 않으면 자동 갱신될 수 있습니다. 구매 후 App Store 계정 설정에서 구독을 관리하거나 취소할 수 있습니다. 환불은 Apple의 정책과 절차를 따릅니다.
구독 권한 확인, 부정 이용 방지, 구매 복원을 위해 Apple 및 RevenueCat을 통해 구매 상태와 이력이 처리될 수 있습니다.
5. AI 기능
AI 기능은 이용자가 입력한 정보와 앱에서 계산한 사주 맥락을 바탕으로 응답을 생성합니다. AI 응답은 부정확하거나 불완전할 수 있으며, 동일하거나 유사한 입력에도 다른 결과가 생성될 수 있습니다.
이용자는 AI 응답을 참고 자료로만 사용해야 하며, 불법적이거나 유해한 목적, 타인의 권리 침해, 허위 정보 생성, 자동화된 중대한 의사결정에 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
6. 공유 기능
NFC/QR 기능을 사용하면 공개 프로필 또는 사주 요약 정보가 다른 이용자에게 표시될 수 있습니다. 공유 전 표시되는 정보가 본인이 공개해도 되는 정보인지 확인해야 합니다.
Jamo는 이용자가 직접 공유한 정보가 제3자에게 열람, 저장, 재공유되는 것을 완전히 통제할 수 없습니다.
7. 금지 행위
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 불법, 사기, 권리침해, 괴롭힘, 차별, 유해 콘텐츠 생성 목적의 이용
- 타인의 개인정보를 무단으로 입력, 저장, 분석, 공유하는 행위
- 구독, 결제, 무료 이용 횟수, 서버 제한을 우회하거나 악용하는 행위
- 앱, API, 서버, 웹사이트를 역분석, 스크래핑, 자동화, 과부하 유발 방식으로 사용하는 행위
- Jamo의 상표, 디자인, 콘텐츠, 코드, 데이터베이스 등 지식재산권을 무단 복제, 배포, 판매하는 행위
- 보안 취약점을 악용하거나 다른 이용자 또는 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위
Jamo는 약관 위반, 부정 이용, 보안 위험, 결제 악용, 법령 위반이 의심되는 경우 기능 제공을 제한하거나 계정 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.
8. 지식재산권
Jamo 앱, 웹사이트, 로고, UI, 텍스트, 그래픽, 코드, 데이터 구조 및 기타 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 Jamo 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 본 약관과 Apple EULA가 허용하는 범위에서 개인적이고 비상업적인 용도로 앱을 사용할 수 있습니다.
이용자가 앱에 입력한 질문, 프로필, 출생 정보 등은 이용자에게 귀속됩니다. 다만 이용자는 Jamo가 서비스 제공, 저장, 동기화, AI 응답 생성, 오류 처리, 법령 준수를 위해 해당 정보를 필요한 범위에서 처리할 수 있도록 허용합니다.
9. 서비스 변경 및 중단
Jamo는 기능 개선, 보안, 유지보수, 외부 서비스 변경, 법령 준수, 운영상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경, 일시 중단, 종료할 수 있습니다.
Firebase, Google Gemini, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, APNs, MapKit 등 외부 서비스 장애 또는 정책 변경으로 인해 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.

개인정보 처리에 관한 내용은 Jamo 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
11. 책임 제한
관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 Jamo는 서비스 이용 또는 이용 불가, AI 응답의 부정확성, 외부 서비스 장애, 이용자의 정보 입력 오류, 이용자의 공유 행위로 인해 발생하는 간접적, 우발적, 특별, 결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 조항은 Jamo의 고의 또는 중대한 과실, 생명·신체 손해, 강행 법령상 제한할 수 없는 책임을 배제하지 않습니다.
12. 약관 변경
Jamo는 법령, 서비스 기능, 외부 서비스, 운영 정책 변경에 따라 본 약관을 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 앱 업데이트, 웹사이트 또는 앱 내 안내를 통해 공지할 수 있습니다.
13. 준거법 및 분쟁
강행 법령이 달리 정하지 않는 한 본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다. 이용자는 거주지의 강행 소비자보호 법령에 따른 권리를 계속 보유합니다.

1. Service
Jamo is an iOS app that provides saju information, daily fortune, compatibility readings, AI chat, widgets, notifications, and NFC/QR sharing features. Some features may require account login, network access, notification permission, subscription status, or the availability of external services.
2. Entertainment and Reference Purposes
Jamo's saju readings, fortune content, compatibility readings, and AI responses are provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and reference purposes. Jamo does not guarantee any specific event, relationship, health, financial, investment, hiring, credit, legal, or therapy outcome.
You must not use Jamo content as professional advice for medical, legal, tax, financial, investment, mental-health, hiring, credit, or other significant decisions. Important decisions should be made after consulting a qualified professional.
3. Accounts and Security
Some features require an account through Apple or Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity that occurs through your account.
If you enter or share another person's date of birth, birth time, birthplace, gender, photo, or saju record, you must have the appropriate right or consent to use that information.
4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
Jamo Premium may be offered as an in-app subscription or purchase. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Jamo does not directly collect raw card numbers or payment-method details.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase. Refunds follow Apple's policies and procedures.
Purchase status and history may be processed through Apple and RevenueCat to verify entitlements, prevent fraud, and restore purchases.
5. AI Features
AI features generate responses based on information entered by the user and saju context calculated by the app. AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete, and similar inputs may produce different results.
You must use AI responses as reference only. You must not use the AI features for unlawful or harmful purposes, rights violations, generation of deceptive content, or automated significant decisions.
6. Sharing Features
When you use NFC/QR features, your public profile or saju summary may be shown to other users. Before sharing, you should confirm that the displayed information is information you are willing to disclose.
Jamo cannot fully control whether information you choose to share is viewed, saved, or reshared by third parties.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- use the service for illegal, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, discriminatory, or harmful-content purposes;
- enter, store, analyze, or share another person's personal information without authorization;
- bypass or abuse subscriptions, payments, free usage limits, or server restrictions;
- reverse engineer, scrape, automate, overload, or interfere with the app, API, servers, or website;
- copy, distribute, sell, or misuse Jamo's trademarks, design, content, code, database, or other intellectual property;
- exploit security vulnerabilities or interfere with other users or service operations.
Jamo may restrict features or take account action where Terms violations, abuse, security risks, payment abuse, or unlawful activity are suspected.
8. Intellectual Property
The Jamo app, website, logo, UI, text, graphics, code, data structures, and other content are owned by Jamo or the applicable rights holders. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes within the scope allowed by these Terms and Apple's EULA.
Questions, profiles, birth information, and other information you enter remain yours. You permit Jamo to process that information as necessary to provide, store, sync, generate AI responses, troubleshoot, and comply with legal obligations.
9. Changes and Availability
Jamo may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service for feature improvements, security, maintenance, external service changes, legal compliance, or operational needs.
Some features may be limited due to outages or policy changes affecting external services such as Firebase, Google Gemini, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, APNs, or MapKit.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the Jamo Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jamo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the service, inaccurate AI responses, external service failures, incorrect user input, or user sharing activity.
This section does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death/personal injury where applicable.
12. Changes to Terms
Jamo may update these Terms when laws, service features, external services, or operating policies change. If material changes are made, Jamo may notify users through an app update, the website, or in-app notice.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. You retain any mandatory consumer protection rights available in your place of residence.
